I love the DS E-Newsletter because of the wonderful diversity of the topics.

It is always well researched and there is always something of particular interest that grabs me.

DS is well set out and an enjoyment to read.

The best thing of all is the underlying message that it is great to be a woman and to want to

take care of ourselves and look the best we can.

That we should be there to boost each other up and that we should always

listen to our inner voices and be inspired by the universe and the things around us.

Denyse's little words of inspiration throughout the newsletter will strike a chord

with everyone on one level or another and remind us that our destiny and happiness

is in our hands and no one elses.

It is over a year now that I have looked forward to the DS page arriving on a Monday -

when it is not there it is where the heck (sic) is it!! I have learned so much about myself

and also ventured into trying new things.

You are an inspiration to so many; I have experienced some of what you have been

through but not come out the other side as you have.

Note you have a new book coming which I will snap up when I can. Your others have

I gave your book to my 16 year old daughter for Christmas which she just loves as she said now she knows what not to do and what do start doing now! I tried that mousse for thin and limp hair and you are right, it works, my hair is shiny and bouncy! It's the second day today and still looks bouncy and shiny. Thank you so much. I had conditioner in the little bag we got at the door and I washed my hair with De Lorenzo and used the conditioner. It is just lovely, so I went and bought the shampoo, conditioner and hairspray at Rodney Wayne in Lynnmall. Saw you on TV last night as well you are such an inspiration.

It was with great interest I read the article "You and your Bra" in the

Woman Today magazine.

As always I am terribly frustrated by the lack of information or

retailers for VERY small women like myself. My cup size is 36AA and

nowhere in New Zealand have I been able to find a retailer that can help

me. Of course I do not wear a bra for support, quite the opposite. I

wear a bra for contour, femininity and the extra lift to give me more

shape. I am Canadian and each time I go back home for a visit (about every 3

years) I go crazy at my local department stores (Sears) to purchase

enough bras to last me 3 years. The Canadian stores are suppliers of

"Vogue Petite" especially designed for the small breasted women.

Can you help me in locating suppliers who would be stockists of such

bras?

Denyse I would like to receive your E-Newsletter. I was listening to you on the radio and am interested in what you said about sage leaves for menopause.  I didn't hear it properly how many times do you have to take the sage leaves and how much lemon juice do you use.  I have had hot flushes for about twenty years. Had a hysterectomy years ago then had ovarian cancer so had my ovaries removed but still have hot flushes, so would try anything to get rid of them.

Can you please help me?

My husband heard you on Newstalk ZB and thought that the products that you were talking about  re: menopause etc would be good for me.

I do suffer from cold feet, hot flushes, lack of sleep and lack of energy even though I work physically 8 hours a day. If you could let me know what the products were that you were talking about I would be very thankful.  I would much rather do the natural thing than take chemicals.

A couple of weeks ago my Mother was listening to you on ZB and heard you talking about make-up that you applied to your face, body etc, it apparently did everything, the only catch is that she cannot remember what it was called and I would really like to know about it and if you can purchase it here in Christchurch, as I have used  another brands all in one powder, but found it to be too dark.  I would really appreciate your advice on this as I have a daughter going to her formal next week, and feel this would be good for someone who is not a great make-up person.   I would also like to know about the hot sweat remedy you gave out.  I really enjoy your wonderful inspiring mornings on radio, you really are a great wealth of knowledge and a great asset to someone like me who doesn't always have the time to explore the in's and out's of a woman's lifestyle.   Thank you so much, please let me know asap.

I am 57 and walk everyday, am not overweight but would feel a bit more comfortable if I could loose 2 kgs as I know it would come off my middle I also have a very active job. My hot flushes are getting less but I was reluctant to try the product as if it speeds up metabolism it may increase body heat and I could do without that.
